Notice Regarding Production Status Update of Yokkaichi Plant and Kitakami Plant

Kioxia Corporation announced today that it has implemented the necessary measures to resolve the production issues. The company’s Yokkaichi and Kitakami flash memory manufacturing plants were restored to normal operations as of late February.
As the manufacturing plants ramp back to full production, Kioxia anticipates that 3D flash memory BiCS FLASHTM shipments will be affected. The company will continue to make every effort to minimize customer impacts.
